Doug and Fred 111 joined the family business upon completing their schooling.  Both sons are state certified contractors and took over the business when Fred Jr. retired.

Fred DeLemos and Sons, Inc. have experience in all areas of the construction industry.  From custom home design and commercial development to tenant build-outs and insurance work, remodeling kitchens and bathrooms to addition design and renovation-Fred DeLemos and Sons, Inc. have done it all. 

Doug and Fred have a “hands on” approach to all of their jobs providing onsite supervision of subcontractors and availability to meet with customers regularly.  Many of the subcontractors used by Fred DeLemos and Sons, Inc.  have been with them since the inception of the company, providing quality workmanship in all phases of the building project.  Working closely with the same subcontractors for a number of years provides the consumer with the guarantee that all parties work together to create a product that they can be proud of thus making the building project a success the first time.  Consumers are assured of quality and superior workmanship from the beginning of the project until completion.
